Using Dinny

Dinny provides AI-generated meal ideas and cooking suggestions. Recipes may contain errors or unsuitable suggestions. You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, food safety, dietary needs, cooking instructions, and doneness before preparing or eating food.

Subscriptions

Dinny Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

Free Trials

If offered, a free trial provides temporary access to Dinny Pro. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription renews as a paid subscription at the disclosed price.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Dinny to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service, or to generate unlawful content.

Apple Terms

Purchases are handled by Apple and may also be subject to Apple's terms and policies, including the Apple Standard EULA.

Changes

We may update these terms as Dinny changes. The effective date above will reflect the latest version.
